About Us

Dr. Vicente A. Diaz, one of our company founders, spent five years in New Haven as a medical and business student at Yale University. From his years as a graduate student in New Haven, Vicente became well aware of the needs of aspiring professionals living in this city. Vicente and his wife, Ivonne, bought and remodeled their first house with the goal of making it a place they themselves would be proud to live in. Their approach was successful, and that success has allowed them to expand their business and services. Each of our properties is located in prime New Haven areas, close to Yale, shopping areas, and restaurants.
