A significant concern in any city is safety. We strive to make our tenants feel comfortable by having alarm systems installed in each of our properties. Security codes are disclosed only to active tenants, and are changed annually. The system automatically calls for help in the case of an emergency.

Appliance/Utility Support

We have experienced staff available to service your apartment whenever repairs are required. You can either call our office number or e-mail customer.service@meridianequities.net.

We pride ourselves for prompt service and most repairs can usually take place on the same day.
